IMAN Developers Hosts Signing Ceremony for Luxury Finishes at One Sky Park

IMAN Developers recently held a signing ceremony to formalize the inclusion of Versace Ceramics tiles in One Sky Park, its AED 800 million ($217.6 million) luxury mixed-use development located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.

The project features two towers, tower A at 26 floors and tower B at 37 floors, offering a range of apartments and penthouses adorned. IMAN’s CEO, Ismail Marfani, emphasized the blend of art and architecture, while Versace’s Salim Rifai highlighted the synergy of luxury and innovation.

One Sky Park will include extensive amenities like a Skyfit gym, infinity pool, yoga deck, and more. Pricing ranges from AED 750,000 ($204,000) for studios to AED 3.5 million ($953,200) for four-bedroom penthouses. The development, slated for completion by Q4 2027, will incorporate sustainable practices, reinforcing IMAN’s commitment to quality and eco-friendly living.
