We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale tower construction projects. This role is responsible for the overall direction, planning, budgeting, and execution of tower construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee all aspects of project execution, from risk management and resource allocation to compliance with safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, strategy development, and execution of tower construction projects, working closely with project teams, consultants and Main Contractor.
• Establish and enforce project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards specific to tower construction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Oversee and provide guidance to Main Contractor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong communication with c consultants, and Main contractors to ensure smooth project progression and resolve issues promptly.
• Represent the company in strategy meetings, ensuring project alignment with overall objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality and progress of tower construction, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Identify and manage project risks specific to high-rise construction, ensuring mitigation strategies are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to secure materials and resources required for timely project completion.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change orders, ensuring clear communication with Projects Director.
• Train junior managers and QA/QC staff on quality control procedures and best practices for tower construction projects.
• Collaborate with Projects Director to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and value engineering initiatives.
• Conduct project close-out activities, including final inspections, testing and commissioning, and project handover to the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with specific expertise in tower construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards for high-rise buildings.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage client and contractor relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Iman developers are looking for a Customer Service Executive who is responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring seamless unit handovers, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer calls, emails, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
• Conduct snagging and handover processes to ensure the unit is in perfect condition before key handover.
• Provide first-level resolution to customer queries, escalating only when necessary.
• Schedule and coordinate unit handovers within the set timelines.
• Conduct snagging inspections, ensuring defects are recorded and resolved before key handover. Also, to maintain all documents and records pertaining to the handover and snagging.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns related to the unit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM/ reports.
• Adhere to established processes such as snagging, handovers, and email management.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments (Finance, Sales, Admin, Projects and Design) to resolve customer issues.
• Support teammates in workload distribution and problem-solving.
• Uphold professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Continuously improve skills through learning and implementing feedback.
