Procurement Engineer

Iman Developer is looking for a Procurement Engineer. The candidate must have worked with developers or main contractors and should possess strong expertise in negotiation and strategic sourcing. The role involves handling procurement and finalizing contracts for Enabling Contractors, Elevator Contractors, MEP Contractors, Aluminum & Glazing Contractors, Swimming Pool Contractors and Joinery Contractors as PS items.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms in pricing, quality and delivery timelines.
• Conduct strategic sourcing and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement efficiency.
• Plan and manage optimal delivery methods, schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement outcomes.
• Finalize contracts for PS items and ensure timely procurement, delivery and execution in line with project requirements.
• Collect and share supplier qualification and performance information in coordination with the project team.
• Generate timely and accurate reports on procurement performance weekly and monthly.
• The candidate will be fully accountable for managing the entire procurement cycle—from the receipt of a Material Request (MR) or BOQ, whether initiated by the project or design team, to the final delivery of materials or completion of the required service on site.
• Work closely with the Design and Project teams to align procurement activities with project Schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to industry

• Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and present relevant project details and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client service.
• Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company policies and client interests.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
