IMAN DEVELOPERS LAUNCHES ONE SKY PARK, IN JVC

IMAN Developers has officially launched One Sky Park in Jumeirah Village Circle. Valued at AED 800 million, the mixed-use development is set for completion in Q4 2027 and will incorporate Versace Ceramics tiles in the apartments, combining luxury with fashion-forward design.

CEO Ismail Marfani highlighted the project’s aim to enhance urban living in Dubai. One Sky Park will include two towers—26 and 37 floors high—featuring a Sky Deck with panoramic views. The design draws inspiration from fashion, showcasing curved facades and luxurious materials.

Amenities will include a Skyfit gym, infinity pool, yoga deck, and various recreational facilities, fostering a strong sense of community.

The project will also prioritize sustainability with green building certifications
