The esteemed Dubai Land Department presented us with this award this year for our project Oxford Boulevard. We are pleased that our efforts to maintain our track record of delivering possession within the agreed-upon timeline have been noticed and appreciated.

DLD is part of the Executive Council of Dubai, which is headed by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai. Winning this award is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication, and we share this recognition with every member of our organization.
