IMAN Developers has partnered with Versace Ceramics for One Sky Park, a luxury mixed-use development in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, valued at AED 800 million ($217.6 million). The project features two towers, tower A at 26 floors and tower B at 37 floors, offering a range of apartments and penthouses adorned with Versace Ceramics designs. IMAN’s CEO, Ismail Marfani, emphasized the blend of art and architecture, while Versace’s Salim Rifai highlighted the synergy of luxury and innovation.

One Sky Park will include extensive amenities like a Skyfit gym, infinity pool, yoga deck, and more. Pricing ranges from AED 750,000 ($204,000) for studios to AED 3.5 million ($953,200) for four-bedroom penthouses. The development, slated for completion by Q4 2027, will incorporate sustainable practices, reinforcing IMAN’s commitment to quality and eco-friendly living.
