IMAN Developers has officially launched One Sky Park in Jumeirah Village Circle, collaborating with Versace Ceramics. Valued at AED 800 million, the mixed-use development is set for completion in Q4 2027 and will feature Versace ceramics throughout its apartments and common areas, combining luxury with fashion-forward design.

CEO Ismail Marfani highlighted the project’s aim to enhance urban living in Dubai, while Versace’s keynote Mr.Francesco Lanno praised IMAN’s commitment to quality. One Sky Park will include two towers—26 and 37 floors high—featuring a Sky Deck with panoramic views. The design draws inspiration from fashion, showcasing curved facades and luxurious materials.

Amenities will include a Skyfit gym, infinity pool, yoga deck, and various recreational facilities, fostering a strong sense of community.
The project will also prioritize sustainability with green building certifications.
